We work first come first serve. As such each customer must wait for their time in line for us to do their project. Calls/text/emails asking for an "update" waste our valuable work time. We do our best to be clearand upfront about "estimated" timeline for each project. These are just estimated times based on our current workload on site at the time each project arrives.

As soon as we're getting going on each project we reach out the customer to let them know we starting. Once underway we generally are ready to finish in one or two weeks.

We don't have time for updating customers when there is not update. That's why we do our best to be very clear about the estimated wait time. We only have an update once we start. Prior to starting your project we're working on other projects that are ahead of yours. Spending time explaing this over and over only takes valuable work time away from us.
